• Ensure that all staffs conduct a Job Hazard Analysis on every task prior to the execution.

• Any tasks considered not executable because of adverse impact on health, safety and environment is to be suspended and referred to Management through the Responsible Officer for appropriate action.

• The Management is committed to the provision of a safe and friendly environment through continuous appraisal of identified hazards in the company operation and improvement on measures to mitigate them.

• Regularly conduct HSE audits in order to improve on HSE Management System

• Ensure that all company personnel are given the necessary information, instruction and training with respect to HSE Management System.

• Continually appraise the company’s Quality Management System in order to meet and surpass the requirement of ISO 9001 latest edition through defining and documenting all organization functions

• Train and re-train all company’s personnel, subcontractor’s and affiliate companies’ personnel with the pre-requisite knowledge necessary to certify personnel in skills and experience to perform their duties under the Quality Management System.

• Perform all tasks in accordance with the company and clients’ documented Quality Management System such that all deliverables and services are rendered correctly the first time.

• Ensure that deliverables and services provided by company are in accordance with the contract, safety and legislative requirements.

• Establish measures that will continually improve the Quality Management System’s effectiveness, suitability and success by monitoring and measuring its implementation through regular audits.

• Ensure and enforce the integration of company’s Quality Management System with the clients’ Quality Management System in order to achieve clients’ or customers’ satisfaction in all executed contracts.

• Ensure that clients’ quality specifications are adhered-to in the execution of every phase of the contract in order to maintain the overall level of quality desired at the end of the project.
